COFFEE HOUSES
The coffee house community began in earnest with the vision of one man, Bob Sinclair, a historic preservationist who began roasting and serving up great coffee in historic railroad depots and downtown historic buildings in the 1960's. Simply stated you will find some of the best coffee in the country here in San Diego, with the finest roasters and coffee houses naturally housed in historic buildings. Enjoy your cup of Joe surrounded often by some of the city's best minds discussing local politics and other important topics. Many coffee houses also have a music scene to enjoy.
